StarCuffedJeans’ master: Closing show! Or “rock concert” if you ask Christy Altomare. Yeah so this is a pretty obstructed video. Everyone was really excited so people were standing up, people were moving around, and honestly, I had a little trouble paying attention to my viewfinder with all of the tears streaming down my face. Like Beetlejuice, I would say it’s mostly like highlights, but all of the things that happen in the center part of the stage are captured really well and the video is DEFINITELY Christy centric. “Journey to the Past” is complete and gorgeous and you will cry. First act starts around when Anya meets Dmitry and the second act starts during “Crossing A Bridge.”

A few scenes are a little dark, and tiny bit is missed only on the far right side of the stage (nothing more than about 20 seconds). This cast is absolute fire, and deserves all the accolades and attention they've gotten from national publications. The inclusion of a large, Black woman playing Belle and having a Beast played by a man with a pegleg without caricature is truly inspiring. The set and costumes are so imaginative and every minute of this show is just a joy. Includes Video, Audio (tracked by MissCeliesPants and untracked), and digital program. Includes digital program.

This was my first video master recorded on an iPhone 8 plus, so there’s quite a bit of readjusting as I figure out the best way to conceal my screen. Because of this, it can be shaky at times and, on occasion, the top right corner of the screen gets covered. There’s also some heads blocking the very bottom of the stage; however, there are no obstructions that interfere with any action onstage. A bit of wandering/drifting here and there, too. Mostly wide shots with the occasional zoom and closeup, around four times throughout the entire act; however, they’re very low quality (grainy) and do not last long as a result.
